Red-yellow light is cast across the lower western flank of Cima Dome at sunset near Button Mountain, Mojave National Preserve
All those dark clouds earlier in the day seem to have dissipated or blown away. The quiet is intense; even though I saw many birds on the way here, I'm not hearing many.
