The cistern at Rock Tank has two layers: a brick inner layer and a stone outer layer
The brick layer was likely constructed at a later date when the old stone walls began to leak (not much mortar is left between the stones). Of course, the windmill was made by the Aermotor company, like most of the old windmills I've seen out here.
