Aiken Mine Road was getting better for a while, but I've reached more deep sand
That's OK, I just get off the bike and hike it until road conditions improve. The pattern continues: stretches of road that I can't ride due to deep sand, followed by road that I can ride because the sand is just a thin layer on a hard-packed surface.
