There's even a "shower building" at Pacheco Camp.
No hot water here of course, but there is water to this building piped in from a spring.
The outdoor sink is a nice touch.
The garden hose can be pulled into the shelter and used as a shower, or brought out to the sink as a "kitchen tap."
