I wake up in the Mail Spring area of Mojave National Preserve and realize I'm still alive after yesterday's hot bicycle ride

When I set up camp in the dark last night, I thought this juniper tree outside my tent might help cut the sun. It help doesn't much though. It's still early; I should try to sleep a while longer, if the sun permits. I'm still tired.
